How do I reserve my rental?

Reservations for our rentals can be made online 24 hours a day! Simply search your dates, select your property, and “Book.” You will receive a confirmation via email, which will have the details of your stay.

Is booking online secure?

YES. is a secure network. Your personal and payment information are safe and confidential. Credit card numbers are encrypted when we receive!

Where do we park?

Please see our properties map for closest parking to your rental. You will also receive an email closer to your reservation date with guidance on parking locations and entry location. On that email you will also receive a guest support contact phone number so you can ask our team any question 24/7 during your arrival and stay.

How do we check in?

What are our food options?

We often have pop up events in property with food trucks or catered food for events so be sure to ask the team what is popping during your stay! You can also call any food delivery company to receive food at your rental like Uber Eats, Grubhub, Doordash, Etc! Most times you will have to meet delivery driver at Galway Gate. Our Ranch Houses and Tree house come equipped with a full Kitchen, while our Pony Homes come with a kitchenette which includes a toaster oven, microwave, fridge and sink so you can always come with groceries and prepare meals from your stay. For a special occasion we love to recommend a Temecula picnic company which pairs perfectly with our Temecula countryside setting. Please let us know if you plan to have a picnic so we can arrange the perfect location in property close to your rental.

On site you can take a stroll around the Polo field outer path and soak in the countryside views and experience! There are often events on Galway so please make sure to reach out to us to ask what is popping for the day!

What is supplied in the home?

Guests will arrive to find professionally laundered and sanitized high quality linens on ready made beds. Bath sets (which include bath towels and hand towels) are also provided. All of our rentals will have a stocked kitchen. For The Ranch Houses and Tree House fully stocked with pots, pans, bowls, dinner ware and flat ware and for our Pony Houses a kitchenette with microwave/toaster oven, toaster, fridge, sink and dinner ware and flat ware. Our vacation rentals also include a starter kit of dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper. The starter kit is meant to get you by until you make it to the store.

Temecula Countryside Rentals is here to help before, during, and after your stay. We are easy to reach via email, text or phone throughout your visit! Our office is open 7 days a week 9a-5p and we have staff on-call after hours for emergencies.

How long are the minimum stays?

2 night minimum stays

Are pets allowed?

Yes! we welcome our four legged friends for an extra nonrefundable pet cleaning fee that will be added to your reservation should you decide to bring an approved pet. If unapproved pet is discovered at the property, you will be asked to leave without refund as you will be in violation of the rental Terms. Note: that pets should ALWAYS be leashed on site for the safety of the horses and riders as this is an equestrian center and horses and dogs don't always get along.

What are the Payment Terms?

If booking is made outside 30 days of Arrival Date, Reservation Down Payment (50% of Total Cost) is required immediately to reserve the dates. The balance is due 7 days before arrival. If booking is made within 7 days of Arrival Date, Total Cost is due immediately to reserve the dates.
